PINNED Maps for Booked Spaces
It would be helpful to have a map feature on the schedule side of the software. It would be great to see what spaces are booked or open. I would love to be able to click on a space on a map and then book it.

    Create an Invoice without a Request

    We run into scenarios where we need to apply fees for an event after the invoice is sent out. It would be nice it we could create an invoice not tied to a request so we can add fees/additional charges some groups may occur after the event.

    Show if there is a document attached to the requets from the approval notification email

    It would be helpful to see from the approval emails if there was a document attached to the request. Other than viewing each request individually (which is not feasible) there is no way to be alerted to look for a document attachment.

    Manage Documents Link - Hide if there are no documents.

    User suggested the following link be removed unless there are files attached to to the request. Requester original question. Why is there a link to a manage attachments under the Request Details File Tab that doesn’t do anything.
