Multiple Space Request - Fields for Each Space

For a request with multiple spaces, the fields completed in the request form are applied to all the spaces in the request. In the initial request submission, I'd like to be able to request multiple spaces and select for each space the exact needs....

Select "All" Option in Multiple Spaces on One Date

We often need to book an LGI for several class periods a day. If the classes are 1st and 7th, two separate requests need to be completed. Is there a way to complete one request that books for both times?
