Bring back the strikethrough font on cancelled events

Anytime an event was cancelled, it was clearly shown as a strikethrough font. An update in the past year eliminated that. It more clearly indicates an activity that is no longer active.

Include All Site Names

When there is a multiple space/site request - Only the first site is displayed on the calendar. It would be beneficial if all sites and spaces were displayed instead.

API Feeds of public calendars for website

We have a Finalsite website and need live feeds for our calendar modules. The ical works but shows the group name before the event name.
