After Event Feedback Email

We have created a Google form to try to get feedback from our staff who have worked a rental event. Unfortunately, our email in Outlook has gotten buried and we're having a hard time collecting that data.

We're hoping there could be a way to create an automatic email that would send to the approval path and additional notified users after the date of an event that would include that link (or a similar type of form), to remind our admin to submit feedback for the listed events after they have happened. It would work best if we could select which events require the feedback form and which don't (like how we can check or uncheck the "invoice upon approval" box in the edit screen).
