Personnel costs are currently being added separately for each space included on a permit. Is there a way to configure the system so that the personnel cost is charged only once per day of the permit, rather than once for every space requested?

It would be a cleaner view on the calendar if the recurring dates were able to be marked for all day. Our building is closed every Sunday and it would be great if it could be reflected as an all day event instead of as a time block.
