PINNED Maps for Booked Spaces
It would be helpful to have a map feature on the schedule side of the software. It would be great to see what spaces are booked or open. I would love to be able to click on a space on a map and then book it.

PINNED Be able to make spaces available before or after a certain time by Classifcation
I would like to be able to make a space *only available after 6:00pm due to school sports.* I don't want to do the "Manage Blocked Dates" on every single day this fall.

    Event Request Approval Emails

    When an even is approved, emails go out to the requestor with our emails on there as well. This is a huge problem, I do not want everybody to just have our direct email. Is there a way you can BCC district emails?

    Any time a reservation is edited, we would like it to go back through the approval process and not be automatically saved to approved.

    Assign user permissions based on Sapces

    Would like the ability to give a user permission to add events without approval for only certain spaces. For example, our theater people manage the stage/auditorium but should not be able to add events for other spaces at our site without approval.

    Personnel Costs

    Personnel costs are currently being added separately for each space included on a permit. Is there a way to configure the system so that the personnel cost is charged only once per day of the permit, rather than once for every space requested?

    Ability for users of a group to be able to download report of all reservations regardless of status for everyone in their group

    We have some groups with multiple group managers and they need to be able to view all the reservations by all of them regardless of status. This would enable them to view all cancelled, all declined and all active as well.
