Consolidate Add Space/Date "Modified" emails into one email

When adding space/date to a schedule ID of requests, if you are adding multiple Dates at one time, those emails will always come out as "Modified" even if there are no additional details changed. It would be much clearer here if it said something like "Space/Date Added" instead of a "Modified" email going out when sent.

The main concern here, though, is the volume of emails going out. When adding a set of dates to a existing schedule ID, you get one individual email per added date. So, if I added 50 dates, I get 50 separate emails saying "Modified", rather than just 1 email with all 50 newly created requests like you typically would with a standard submission/request.
