Email contact form field being able to house 2 email addresses

I was trying to add myself as a second email for the Email Contact form setting under admin > settings and I could not since our admin was already there.

Can you make it to where you can put 2 email addresses there? It would be nice to be able to have a back up person there just in case one of someone is out.
