Deleted invoice notification email

I was working with Support today regarding invoice questions and noticed that when I delete a invoice there is no notice or anything sent to the client.

It would be nice if one did get sent - something along the lines of:

"Your District Admin/Billing Officer has deleted x invoice. Please reach out to them if you have any further questions"

That if any of our users are in the system while invoices are being combined/deleted they don't try to pay it.
