PINNED Maps for Booked Spaces

    Change "List" view date range settings on calendar

    It would be helpful to choose the week start and end date view in the List setting. Currently, the only option is the default of Sunday - Monday. Our weeks run in our school district from Monday to Sunday at a time.

    Assigning User from view all occurrences

    If there are multiple spaces being reserved for the same event, I feel it would be helpful to be able to assign someone to all the occurrences at once.

    Send Reminder Email to Approver

    It would be useful if there were a way to send a reminder email within the system or from the system to approvers that an event is pending their approval.

    It would be useful for the Administrator to receive the 'Submitted Successfully' email that is sent to the requestor when a request is submitted in the system.

    Show the day of week in the Timeline view

    The Timeline view is very handy to quickly look at a space or group of spaces to see availability. If would be very useful to see the day of week in addition to the date as most of the times we are looking for space on particular days of the week.

    Calendar default to current week view like google

    When viewing by month in order to see the current day or current week you have to scroll down past weeks. Our prior program did that and google calendar does as well

    Calendar appearance - One Time Events that are 24-hour continuous events need to appear on calendars - monthly, day, list, etc.

    All events must be seen on calendars, including 24-hour One Time Events. It is crucial that managers and directors can print a list (as an example) that contains all events that are occuring, to know how to staff properly.
