One confirmation sent for a series of dates (same place and time for each event)

When someone requests a series of dates-say for a lot of volleyball games that occur over months, the approval confirmations for EACH date can clog someone's email very quickly. We are looking for one confirmation that could cover all dates.

Keep Events set to "Hold" Status in your pending request list

When we use the setting to hold feature, keep those events are in your "awaiting my approval" list or go to its list for future processing.

Be able to add more check boxes to the "REQUIRED: (STAFF TO COMPLETE)" section of the contract

This would be useful on the administrative side for us to ensure the required personnel have been scheduled for that specific event. We'd be able to check them off of the contract and add their name. (security, custodian, district rep)
