Link to Profile for Requestor

When there is missing information for a requestor, I would like to see a link added that can be clicked to redirect the requestor automatically. For example, if they're missing an insurance file - The redirect will take them to their group details.

Print Invoice - Status Change

When you print an invoice, it changes it from Draft to Open. We do NOT want this. I want to be able to get a PDF copy before sending it out.

As an admin managing contracts, I would like to see which files have the uploaded contract without checking each request. Seeing it from this overview would be a time-saver.

Require Budget Codes

I would like to enforce budget codes on all of our settings so our invoices are accurate, and so is the reporting.

When editing from View All Occurrences check for conflicts if the Date, Time, Location are modified

Right now, the system only checks for conflicts when editing one request at a time. This should be happening when editing multiple items.
