As the facility use administrator, I often receive requests to transfer a reservation from one group to another (for example, the local youth soccer group has come to a mutual agreement with the football feeder team to release a field reservation for their use). Currently, to "transfer" the reservation requires cancelling it under one group and resubmitting under the other. It would be very useful to be able to select the reservations and transfer them from one group to another.

Great news - this will be in an upcoming release (End of April). As version one, we will only be allowing this type of edit on one Request at a time. But we will make future updates to this in bulk. We will be sure to notify you once this is completed. Here are the criteria that we have that will need to be met in order for this to happen:
if the Status is Pending
if the Request has NOT been Invoiced
if Request is NOT part of Recurring or Multiple and is a single event only
both are ONLY visible if logged in user has “Manage District Settings” permission
