The ability to only get one work order in MLW for an event

Currently we get DOZENS of work orders in MLW for schedules because it auto generates a work order for each space. When we have the whole building in use or half of it even for an event we get sooooo many work orders and it is overkill. Can this be an option or a permanent fix to only generate one work order per event. If it uses more than one space those could be listed in the work order. Please. We are dying over here. It's actually causing us to miss event set ups.
