ML Schedules Idea Portal
When searching for a request ID on the calendar view search bar, it will only show the event if you have the exact month the event occurs already open on the screen. Is it possible to have a request ID search adjust the month that is showing to show the exact month the searched event is showing? If i search for a request in May but January is open, it could bring me to May's calendar view
I like this idea. It is similar to a thought I had: when typing in the Schedule ID # or Event Request #, I would like it just to pull up the Schedule or Event, instead of needing to click through to find the correct month and then click through again to view the details. Often times, I will have users call in with the Schedule/Event number asking to make a change, and it feels cumbersome to find it, which feels counterintuitive when you have a specific identification number linking you to the request. We migrated over from SchoolDude, and this was one of the few things I did appreciate about that platform.
