Remove optional Text from Field type Y/N

We have run into a few scenarios where our clients are filling out the request form and duplicating the information we are asking to provide.

On Y/N Type fields, the work (Optional) is shown on the field and thus getting duplicate information from our users since they are already providing that to us on our child fields. If Field Type Y/N had the optional text removed it would help us alleviate the duplicate information we are getting from our end users.
