Add Space/Add Date feature as a combine feature instead of separate actions

District Admins should be able to add spaces and dates at the same time in ML Schedules. Having to add the dates, go into the request, change the space and site for the dates you added is very cumbersome and not a fluid work flow.

Having these 2 features work in tandem would alleviate a lot of the confusion and extra steps we are currently having to go through to utilize the feature.
