Page size functionality standard across areas in MLS

Awaiting my Approval screen doesn't use the same page size functionality as the Manage Groups page size.

Having all of the page size functionality work as Manage Groups where you can control how many results are returned instead of locking you to only 50 per page would make the system flow better within the system.
