We do not what to make spaces always available but we do want to allow multiple requests in the same space while in pending status.
Ex: HS gym space. Team 1 requests 2 weeks from 5-9pm. It is pending approval
Team 2 wants the same gym for one night but since team 1 is pending the program shows it isn't available
Instead, allow team 2 to see the gym as available since team 1 is still pending.
Once a space is approved, then no one else can book it.
Hello, this is already possible via the doublebooking setting under the classification - Basically, it allows double booking when events are pending, so you can enable a queue and approve and delegate from there.
