when end user makes an edit on their event, we would like it so it automatically selects Approve Users, Additionally Notify Users, Group Contacts, and Requestors to notify them, and not allow the end users to avoid notifying for specific changes and have to manually check the change history rather than getting an email letting us know of the change as admins

When an external users edits their request that is in a pending or approved status, the options for who to send the update email to requires the requester to actually check the boxes to send out the update email. They do not do this consistently. It would be ideal for those options to be checked and greyed out for external users so we can ensure we are being notified about the edits they are doing to their pending and approved requests.
