End users are reporting not knowing whether or not their file upload when submitting updated insurance actually saved, so it would be nice if the end user received an email alongside the email that is sent to the admin when needing to re-approve the group's insurance. Basically a separate email that would only go to the end user letting them know the group is pending insurance approval again.
