A user cancelling would always notify an admin and/or approver.

Is there a way for me as the person who approves/denies etc all requests to receive an email when a group cancels a request.

This happened and I did not receive notification.

      Hello,

This is currently being addressed with a ticket - We will keep the communications there since this seems like a bug.

      Best,

Can you let me know how to set it up?
I was not notified of a recent cancellation and this is the second time.

      Thanks

      Hello,

Yes, this is possible in april we made an update to account for this.

      End-User Cancelation Update

When a user cancels their own request via the classification setting, we will notify more users. When the status was pending previously, only approvers got the emails, and admins were not looped in. We have updated this logic to include district admins in getting the cancelation emails.
