If a user tries to request a space and it shows as unavailable, having a custom note to reach out to someone would benefit the user and the facility.
For example, if someone tries to book an athletic field, and it is blocked for general practice/game season, the requesting process is ended and the requester is stonewalled with no reason or other alternative.
If we had the option to enter a note to explain to the requester that if a space is unavailable, please reach out to -insert email- to request an override.
