I am looking to make our Request Form more specific to our District and discovered there are areas of text that cannot be changed:

Having this ability will be able to speed up inputting request into the system and help prevent any confusion on what we are expecting in our Request

What exactly is your use case? I can do some testing on my side
Our District needs to add text about technology and security needs to the Request Form. I went to "Manage Request Form" and tried to add a field as Text, but it's limited to a certain number of characters, and it also wouldn't let me include punctuation or the @ sign for an email address. I also tried to use the "Help Text" option, but then it means the requester would need to click on the "i" icon to read the message (and we don't think they would).
