Make contract online interactive.

It would be nice if the contract was shown to the requestor on the same page we ask for their signature. That would eliminate the use of form-filling PDFs or print/sign/scan for our users and would put the completed contract in place before requests are approved. Workflow of: User submits Request>Contract shown to user for signature> User signs and submits contract before request enters the approval path.

In lieu of that, I would like MLS to generate a contract to a requestor and the request would be put into "pending" status to hold the date for them until we receive the signed contract. This would encourage our users to return the contract more expeditiously.
