I want to be able to send a user a "draft" invoice or accurate Estimate that I have proofed. Many times I send an invoice and when the users sees the invoice they realize they want to change something. Then I have to edit the invoice manually or delete and re-issue the invoice which causes confusion in the business office.

Has the estimate feature worked for you in the past, or are the costs off?
You can also print the draft, and then send it to the person to proofread - If it looks good, then you can send the email. That's just another option. But we can take a look at this!
