When a reservation is entered "on behalf of" a group, the group manager's name should be listed, not the person who entered the reservation. Merged

We have several people in our district who enter rental reservations "on behalf of" groups and when I send the contract to the group, the person who entered the reservation is listed as the group manager. This is confusing to the group.
