Is there still a plan to make this change? It would be very helpful if system administrators could edit/change the group of an existing reservation/request, instead of having to cancel/delete the request.
Hi @Guest - We have a feature coming out at the end of April that will allow you to reassign a request to another group and manager. However, this does NOT include invoicing. A new invoice will need to be created manually after the edit has taken place.
