Show What Group You Are Submitting a Request For On Their Behalf

When you open a request that you have submitted on another groups behalf, it does not show that in the header. It just shows: Request #6547 Submitted 02/07/2025 03:06 PM By Joe Smith. Should say: Request #6547 Submitted 02/07/2025 03:06 PM By Joe Smith on Behalf of Town Baseball Organization.
