As I invoice my Group 3 (paid) renters only after their season concludes due to frequent cancellations, I need to ensure that they cannot make reservations themselves. This will encourage them to reach out to me for their bookings. Additionally, I have a few Group 3 renters with negotiated pricing that differs from the rest of the group. It would be more efficient for me to handle their reservations and adjust their pricing accordingly.
I still want them to enjoy the benefits of the program, such as access to the calendar and reminder emails for upcoming events. Is there a way to prevent certain users from reserving space directly?

Yes, everything will work as normal; they will just not be able to submit reservations.

In this case, you could block the groups. From there, they need to contact you, and then you can unblock, submit everything for them, and turn on the block again.
