As a technology and facility director, I would like to be able to edit the "Sections" field of the facility request to better capture and organize information.
This Includes:
Changing the Section Names and Re-ordering them
Re-order the fields within the sections

I think having the options in a drop-down as far as a door listing is really the only option at this time; then we can make them enter the times with the notes portion. Can I ask what software you use to prevent the manual unlocking? Or team is working on an integration with Avigilon to automatically lock and unlock doors
The one section that I would like to provide feedback to approve the ability for us to edit he form is for the section: DOORS TO BE OPENED. The verbiage is vague and the requesters some times do not know what to put in or enters not as clear information in the text field. Would like to streamline that section and make it more self explanatory.
Would like to edit to say DOORS TO SET A UNLOCK SCHEDULE or just give each organization the ability to make it whatever we want to say. Additionally, I would like to request the ability to list all the doors relevant where to access/enter the building with a check mark (NOT A DROP DOWN LIST/MENU BUT AN ACTUAL LIST TO INDICATE WHAT DOOR THEY WANT TO BE UNLOCKED). Furthermore, I would like the TEXT FIELD next to the door so they can enter what the time to unlock and lock the respective door.
My organization gave me the ability to set unlock and lock schedules for groups to enter the building without someone manually unlocking the door, which at times, people forget to lock the doors back to secure the building. The current view just has a YES and a TEXT FIELD. Most times requestors enters a doors that is irrelevant to know to set an unlock schedule.
