Instead of having requestors enter the minutes for set up and clean it, it would be easier if a time could be selected. Some of our groups get confused and fill out the set up/clean up incorrectly, or they disregard it all together. The requestor should be able to enter the actual times for each of the following: set up time, event time, end time and clean up time instead of adding in the number of minutes needed.

Would it be better to default the setup and breakdown times for your events? We can automatically do that on our end based on a general setting or specific locations.
