Currently we are having an issue that we don't know the official start time of the event. For instance, a user may submit a request for the space from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., but we would also like to know the official start time of the event. This would help with maintenance and security needs for the event.

Thank you this makes sense, we're looking to revamp the request process a bit and consolidate the minutes for setup and breakdown from the second page onto the first so its all in one location and easier on everyone - This would include a separate time picker for a Setup/Breakdown and Another for Event Start and End.

We want to know the set up and breakdown time, but we are also hoping to get a space for them to put the actual time of the event. If they put set up at 3:00 p.m., we don't know what time the actual event will start. We have security at each event so this would be helpful to know for planning purposes so they know when to arrive.
