Being able to set a default buffer time between requests would provide time for my district's staff to clean up after one group and prepare for the next, without the group present. Currently, in our high use spaces, requests are back to back. To create buffer time, I have to reach out to the vendor asking them adjust their start time. Having a buffer automatically apply to requests would minimize the number of adjustments and communications needed to requests.
Being able to add a buffer/block outside of the default breakdown/set-up times would ensure there is time for my staff to do what they need. Hope that makes sense! If not, happy to connect further.

If you go to Admin > Settings > General Tab
From there, a setting is called
"Default Breakdown Time for All Events:"
"Default Setup Time for All Events:"
You can enter the default time for each event that is entered in the program. So default 15 would automatically make there a 15-minute buffer time before and after an event and prevent double-booking - can you give that a try and let me know what you think?
