Event Start and End Times Merged

Please change the event start and end time "buffers" in the request form to actual times. There are many events that may require all day access (ie., setup start at 8:00 a.m.) but the event doesn't start publically until 5:00 p.m. Doing the math of 60 x [hours of setup] vs. setting the actual start and end time in the form has led to many events with incorrectly submitted times.
