Cancelled events not showing up in contract

Currently, cancelled dates are still shown in contracts that are sent to renters. Is there a way this can be changed?

Estimated Costs page should include hour/rate breakdown

Right now, the estimated costs page breaks down line by line the different costs, which is great, but it only shows the totals. I would love the option to see the rate/hours on this page as well, as well as our end users see that before they place...

Max Fee

We have some classifications that are charged hourly and some that are charged a flat fee. The system currently does not allow you to have both fees. It would be great if there was a "Max Fee".

Change History Concept on Invoices

There is already a change in history on reservations. I would like to see this on invoices as well so we can see who is changing what and when.

Have drop down in Invoicing for Number of Days after last reservation

It would be beneficial to set the invoice to be sent at the end of the last day of the scheduled event.

Adding a budget code for personnel per their location

We would love for our personnel hours reported for any particular event to be tied with a budget code specific to that location. Our personnel hours go into each school's budget to be paid from there, so having it automatically tag personnel hours...
