Chris. Thank you for following up. It would be internal staff only on the zero day checkout. I am new to ML Schedules but I think a default setting like we have now is great but then have an option on any space to alter the days in advance setting to be longer or shorter than the default.
There are spaces, like general use conference rooms, that if open, staff can check out for later the same day without any approval. I have worked around it by building an approval path with no steps for approval and then setting a couple of staff to be notified when the space is checked out. But for an auditorium space we would set that limit to a week and other spaces to just a day or two.

Hi Matt,
Thanks for the context. This is super helpful. Would this apply to all of your classifications or just internal staff?
