It would be great to be able to add blocked dates by space type. Or even indoor/outdoor spaces. We have district holidays where our buildings are closed, but fields can still be used if available.

Yes, that's technically possible but your going to run into that original problem. You will need to select both space types then pick and choose. We can look into making additional changes, but I would recommend submitting a new idea since this one is marked as shipped and we can then gain additional context and have others vote on it.
Can we request to select space type and specific spaces?
For instance, our buildings would be closed on Labor day, but fields can be requested. Except for our stadiums as they require staff. We do not have the ability to block indoor spaces plus selected outdoor spaces. It's either or right now.
