Either generate a separate work order in MLW for different problem types.

We get one work order in MLW for events. It would be super helpful if we got different ones for different jobs within the event. So HVAC required, cool, HVAC problem type work order gets generated for this event in MLW. Need security? That gets a separate work order. Requesting a custom field? Cool it gets it's own work order. Need tables and chairs? You guessed it! It gets it's own work order. There should still be a general work order as well that can be assigned to admin or custodial staff.

This all needs to be automated. We don't have the staff to manually enter in work orders for the quantity of events we have scheduled. It would be a full time job. So currently a lot falls through the cracks because someone forgets to notify another party they need something for an event.

If/when MLW gives the ability to assign different line items in a work order this could then be a single work order with each requested item being a separate line item that could be assigned to different users by our admin team. That would have a lot less noise in the system. Fingers crossed they give us this ability in MLW (I've already requested it).
