Edits to generated work orders

Is it possible for a work order to be updated when someone edits an event in MLS? Also, instead of one work order per event could multiple work orders be created based on departments?

      Hi Lorraine,


      Yes this is available if you go to Admin > MLW Integration > Creating WO method - Choose 1 Per Request Type


      That way if IT and Maintenance are both used in the same reservation one work order will be created for each department.


      Regarding the edits, that should be taking place if you look at the PDF file - Or is the description wrong cause date/time is being updated?
