Manage Space Classification Filter

I want filter to only see spaces that certain classifications are allowed under the manage spaces menu item. For example, our District Groups are the only classification that has access to all spaces so I really want to see the spaces that we allow outside groups to rent which are under the other classifications. Also, our For-Profit classification is the only one with room rates so it would be nice to see which spaces I need to attach a rate too.
