Classifications Allowed by Space Type

I would like the ability to mass update space types for classifications allowed. We can already mass update rates by space type, and rates are based on classifications. When I add a new classification, they are suddenly added to all spaces. Currently we have over 700 spaces in the system and going into each space individually is time consuming. This would only be available to those with the administrator role.
