Y/N Field should not have note section next to it unless they choose Y/N with Required Notes

Remove Calendar Click

If I click a blank space on the calendar, I don't want to be redirected to the new request page, which can be very time-consuming if I make an accidental click.

When there is missing information for a requestor, I would like to see a link added that can be clicked to redirect the requestor automatically. For example, if they're missing an insurance file - The redirect will take them to their group details.

Add Details to Estimated Cost Screen

On the agree to estimated cost screen, it doesn't show enough detail to explain the context of the costs - I would like the answers the requestors choose to be listed.
