Seeing everything in calendar views

I wish the calendar showed all statuses of activities. In the calendar view, with no filters, on hold activities are hidden and filtering doesn't always work when you are looking for something. I have an event on hold, that I received a check for. Opening the program and viewing the calendar, I do not see it on the day listed. If I use the "all events" filter, it doesn't show up. Even though I know there is a separate menu choice to "VIEW" on hold events, you cannot filter by them in the calendar view. If I filter on "awaiting payment," it still does not show up. It probably should, because I haven't posted the check to the invoice yet. If I filter by classification, it does show up and it does show up if I filter by gymnasium. I wish it were more streamlined where all of your filtering choices are available (on hold in calendar views) and that all filtering options worked the way they are supposed to. Especially for custodians, a quick look at the main calendar view has activities coming up that are hidden unless you use a different option to view on hold activities. I hope this makes sense.
