color coding by groups

Instead of having 1 big blob of color for everything..we would be able to sperate outside people events on the calendar

I keep two tabs open for ML Schedules. One is strictly for Ext Orgs and the other is for Internal. I know it's not ideal, but it does help me a lot.

Color coding is already set for my school district. It would be nice to have a color code for request (i.e. YELLOW), when approved it would change to GREEN.

    Hi Katelyn,

Thanks for the comment. It sounds like you're trying to categorize by classification. We don't have a setting for this, but we can look into it. Color-coding by event types could assist you with this if only five selections exist.

I asked this same question yesterday to the individual that helped us set up ML Schedules. Being a larger district and only having 5 categorized groups this would be a much better option than color coding 25 buildings. There is definitely benefit to this and hope that it is something you consider implementing in the near future.

    Hello @Guest

Have you tried to configure color-coding by event types? For each type of event you can have a different color code.

Internal Events, External Events, Athletics, Etc.
