With 9 locations within our district, background colors for locations need to be distinctive to the eye.Seeing the blocked dates and calendar information in its own unique color would be beneficial to viewers using the calendar without filters to see events.

There are reasons we may block a time for a field on our calendar. One example is for field maintenance. I would color code these types of blocks yellow so our maintenance teams can visually quickly spot them on our calendar.
