When canceling an event or events when the selection is clicked to save and send email, it would be helpful for the Note/Reason for the cancelation to be shown right at the top of the email or included in the "A Recurring Request with Rio Rancho Public Schools has been canceled by Angela McKeown. Please review all Event Information below for accuracy" message so everyone can see the cancelation information at the beginning of the email instead of having to scroll down to the bottom of the email.
