Show Blocked Dates as Not available

Right now, when someone with Bypass Blocked Dates submits a reservation, it just shows them as available and the option to continue.


We would like this to work similarly to double booking. Show the event as not available but display a message they're allowed to continue because they can bypass blocked dates.

    Block dates showing as unavailable for District Admin

    When adding spaces/dates to requests or new requests, currently block dates do not show as unavailable/conflict, specifically as a district admin. It would be great to know if we are bypassing a block date or not.
