Notifications

Users would like the ability to change the times the daily upcoming email reminder goes out. We have about 12 users who need to get the report at a specific time based on when we import the events from another program.

When sending an email from a request to users not in the system, there is no way to track the emails to see what was sent. 

For one example, we need to send electricians and plumbers emails regarding specific details about requests; therefore, we need to be able to track which ones have been sent. There are several events that are being worked on at one time, so there...



I would like to receive an email notification if we have integrated events coming into MLS where existing blocked dates are in place.

When notes are added to the request. Give the user option to check which users should be notified of note.

Right now, new lines do not show in emails, so it doesn't get broken up.

This can only be checked off when impersonating the user, so it would be much better to allow for admins to be able to check/uncheck this box when needed.

I would like each user to be able to personalize their email settings so they can pick and choose what emails they get.

I want to be able to set up additionally notified users by role to get a larger group of individuals rather than selecting them individually.
