We would like to get an email notification when a group changes their expiration date of insurance like there is an email notification when they upload a new certificate to their group. We have groups not uploading new certificates but just changing their expiration date so they can bypass the system and push through requests.

Hi Maria,
We have this functionality at the classification level. You can essentially force groups to go through another approval process if they update that information. This will prevent them from submitting requests until you review their new information.
