When you have a Y/N field, the grey text in the notes portion of the field says "Optional" which sometimes makes customers think the field itself is optional, instead of the notes. Can we adjust this to say "Optional Notes" instead in the grey text?
In that same vein, the Y/N with required notes field has no grey text, just a blank white box when it is a required notes field. Can we adjust that to say "Required Notes" in grey text so requestors know to fill it out?
